GivingTuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Over the past seven years, it has grown into a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.
Whether it’s making someone smile, helping a neighbor or stranger out, showing up for an issue or people we care about, or giving some of what we have to those who need our help, every act of generosity counts and everyone has something to give. [source]
In the spirit of #GivingTuesday, I'd like to shine a light on a couple of very creative friends of mine who could really use our help.
Charlena - Art Teacher, NC
If you wanna give directly for #GivingTuesday I will be out of work for 3 weeks for surgery on my hand. So if you wanna throw some coins my way or purchase some #holiday cards: cash.me/lenadreamsingold Paypal.me/lenadreamsingold Venmo.com/lenadreamsingold

I'm here to ask for your help in getting me back to doing what I love. Donated funds will be used towards the purchase of a Nikon D5600, an additional lens, and a #Nikon SB-300 AF speedlight plus accessories such as a camera bag, lens filters, etc. I told myself that hopefully by mid-summer, I'd have a new #camera again, but I'm willing to wait however long it takes. In addition to your donations, In The Air will be #giving 20% of all proceeds made from today's purchases to these campaigns.
