What is your return/refund policy?

Due to the nature of these products and the impact of COVID-19, all sales, including gift cards, are final.​ However, replacement products will only be granted if product(s) arrive damaged during the shipping process. If you product has been damaged, please fill out this form completely.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us via email or our contact form to notify us within 2 hours of placing the order. All cancellations requested after 24 hours of placing the order cannot be honored and do not qualify for a refund.
