Due to the nature of these products and the impact of COVID-19, all sales, including gift cards, are final. However, replacement products will only be granted if product(s) arrive damaged during the shipping process. If you product has been damaged, please fill out this form completely.
How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us via email or our contact form to notify us within 2 hours of placing the order. All cancellations requested after 24 hours of placing the order cannot be honored and do not qualify for a refund.
