What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the nature of these products and the impact of COVID-19, all sales are final. However, refunds or replacement products will only be granted if product(s) arrive damaged during the shipping process. Please provide us with a photo of the damaged product(s) within one business day of product being delivered. Photos can been emailed to us here or sent to us via DM on Twitter or Instagram!
How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us via email or our contact form to notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. All cancellations requested after 24 hours of placing the order cannot be honored and do not qualify for a refund.
